Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp butter  melted
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 9 oz pumpkin puree
  • 9 oz almonds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 baking powder
  • 3 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, you will have to preheat the oven to 350 °F. 
  • In a bowl mix the eggs along with vanilla, butter, honey, sour cream, and pumpkin puree. Stir the mixture until it is combined well. 
  • In another bowl add cinnamon, nutmeg, almonds and baking powder.
  • Combine the two bowls into one. 
  • Pour the ingredients into a loaf pan, and bake for 45-60 minutes.
