Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (around 190°C) and prepare a cast iron skillet that you will lightly grease.
Mix eggs, milk, and butter. Before adding the cornbread mix, add the sour cream and mix everything nicely together. Be careful with the quantities of ingredients because they are not the same as on the box.
Once you add the mix, blend everything with a spoon and then make the final touch by adding fresh, canned, or frozen corn directly to the mix.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for approximately 22 minutes or until golden brown. You can check whether the bread is done by sticking a toothpick and ensuring it is clean when pulled out.
Allow the bread to cool down for at least 15 minutes, and enjoy!
