Chicken Crescent Roll Ups

When you need a quick dinner or snack, chicken crescent roll ups are an excellent choice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet Pillsbury Crescent Rolls Dough
  • 1 half Chicken breast
  • 1.5 oz Gouda cheese
  • cup Pieces of bacon
  • Pepper, salt, Cayenne pepper To taste.
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken breasts into thin stripes - 0.5 inch x 0.5-inch max - sprinkle salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and oil. Let it marinate overnight or at least for half an hour. 
  • Cut the crescent dough sheet into 12 triangles. Put a stripe of chicken breast, a stripe of cheese, and a few bacon bits on the top of a triangle and roll them up.
  • Place the rolls on the baking paper, put them in the preheated oven, and bake for 17 minutes. Serve them while hot with some dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Store the chicken crescent rolls in an airtight container, but avoid stacking them one over the other. Put them in the fridge for 3-4 days, while if you decide to freeze them, they can last for a couple of months before you reheat them.
