Ingredients

  • cup Corn flour
  • 1 cup 00 flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp White sugar
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ cup Warm water

Instructions

  • Start by mixing the corn and 00 flour, yeast, sugar and salt. With your hands or a wooden spoon, open a hole in the flour mixture and add the wet ingredients. Working from the outside in, combine all ingredients.
  • After that, let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes. If you have the time, you can let your dough rest for 1 to 2 hours, for a better result. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight just cover it with plastic wrap to avoid getting a dry surface.
  • Dust the working surface with corn flour and stretch the dough with your hands. Start from the center and patiently “move” the dough from the center towards the outside.
  • For a thin and crispy crust, add sauce and toppings and put your pizza in the preheated oven at 430 °F (220 °C) straight away. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy.

Notes

You can store your dough in the fridge and use it within three days. Make sure you cover it with plastic wrap.
