Strawberry Glaze

Maybe you already used a store-bought strawberry glaze and thought: this is so hard to make! Well, you couldn't be more wrong. :D Strawberry glaze is easy to make and even easier to use.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh Sliced Strawberries Washed and Cleaned.
  • 1,5 cup Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1,5 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • After you clean and wash the strawberries, mash them in one bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix well cornstarch and half of the cup of water.
  • Combine 1 cup of water, sugar and strawberries and bring them to boil in one pot.
  • After three minutes of boiling, slowly add cornstarch mixture to strawberries. Make sure you are constantly stirring to avoid any lumps.
  • Cook while constantly stirring until you get a thick texture. Then, remove the glaze from the heat.
  • Transfer the glaze to wanted container and let it cool completely.
  • After it cools, place the glaze in the fridge and use it in 5 days.
