Ingredients

  • 1,5 cup Pearl Milling Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Creme Fraiche
  • 1 tsb Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Sift the pancake mix and add spices to it.
  • Mash the pumpkin puree if it has lumps. Once it is smooth, add other wet ingredients. Mix well until they create an even texture.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients while constantly mixing. Wait until the ingredients homogenize.
  • Preheat the waffle iron, and butter the plates up.
  • Pour the batter slowly with a ladle, but don't overfill the molds. Bake each serving for two minutes.
  • Serve the waffles with your favorite topping, but I suggest whipped cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
