Homemade Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
Adjusting this Peppercorn Ranch Recipe to your taste is a piece of cake — the only thing you need to do is add more peppercorn peppers if you like it spicier, and add less if you're not a fan of spicy.

1 cup sour cream 1 tbsp buttermilk 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped) 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 ½ tbsp black peppercorns (crushed) salt to taste
Throw the creamy ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk them until you get a smooth and soft mixture.
Break any lumps that may form, but don't overmix.
Add the seasonings and lemon juice and mix again (I also like to add a dash of chili flakes, but you can skip that).
And that's it! Refrigerate and serve as you like!
