Homemade Peppercorn Ranch Dressing

Adjusting this Peppercorn Ranch Recipe to your taste is a piece of cake — the only thing you need to do is add more peppercorn peppers if you like it spicier, and add less if you're not a fan of spicy.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp black peppercorns (crushed)
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Throw the creamy ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk them until you get a smooth and soft mixture.
  • Break any lumps that may form, but don't overmix.
  • Add the seasonings and lemon juice and mix again (I also like to add a dash of chili flakes, but you can skip that).
  • And that's it! Refrigerate and serve as you like!
