Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 can coconut milk (13.5 ounces)
  • 1 can tuna (drained, 12 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups pasta of your choice

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk the coconut milk, mayonnaise, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper until well combined. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.

Combining Everything Together and Serving

  • Once simmering, stir in the tuna and cheese until the cheese has melted and is well incorporated. Remove from heat and stir in the pasta. Mix well to coat.
