Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb Nature's Rancher Uncured Ham
  • 2 Carrots
  • 12 spears Asparagus
  • 5 Mushrooms
  • 3 Bell Peppers
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Prepare the veggies - halve the carrots and the mushrooms, and quarter the bell peppers. Season the veggies and sprinkle them with olive oil.
  • Take your ham out of the packing and toss it onto the grill along with the veggies.
  • Make sure to keep your eye on the whole lot since it takes different times for each ingredient to be done.
  • When it comes to the ham, it will take about 20-something minutes for it to get heated through. If you're not sure, take a meat thermometer — the temperature should be 135 °F in its thickest part.
  • Once everything is done, serve it all together with some homemade bread and enjoy!
