  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • Once you take your steak out of the fridge, place it on the counter and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Use these 30 minutes to pat dry the steak, and after it's dry, rub the seasoning into it.
  • Once you're done, let it rest and absorb the seasoning for the remainder of those 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and smear it with a thin layer of oil.
  • Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side for medium well.
  • The best way to ensure the desired level of doneness is by using a meat thermometer. Aim for around 130 °F (54 °C) for medium-rare or 135 °F (57 °C) for medium.
