1 pack Costco All Meat Lasagna 2 Bell Peppers 1 Jalapeno ½ cup Grated Cheese
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Chop the veggies and sprinkle them on top of your Costco lasagna.
Sprinkle the cheese over the veggies — I used Cheddar.
Place the lasagna pan onto the baking sheet, put it into the oven, and cook for 2 hours, or until hot.
When it's done, take it out of the oven, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Enjoy alone, or combine it with a freshly made salad. Bon appetit!
