Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 2 slices turkey deli meat
  • 11 slices salami
  • 2 slices cheese (Gouda, Edam, Monterey Jack or similar)
  • ½ baguette
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato

Hard-boiled egg

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt (for boiling the egg)

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Prepare the water for boiling an egg. When it starts to boil, add 1 tsp salt, and then slowly add the egg. Cook it for 10 minutes straight. When it's done, transfer it to cold water and peel the shell off. After that, slice it into semi-thin slices.
  • Cut the tomato into a few horizontal slices. You will need two slices.
  • Wash 2 lettuce leaves and dry them with a paper towel.
  • Cut half of the baguette in half horizontally.
  • Make the sauce using the mentioned ingredients, and then spread it on the inner sides of both slices of the baguette.
  • Take the bottom slice of the baguette and assemble the sandwich: first, place the lettuce, followed by tomato slices, salami, turkey, hard-boiled egg, cheese, and cover everything with the top slice of the baguette.

Notes

If you are not planning to eat it not, wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil and keep it refrigerated for maximum of two days.
