Costco Salmon Improved

This tasty Costco salmon recipe makes for a great meal! Just combine it with your favorite side dish and that's it!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Fillets of Costco Signature Atlantic Salmon
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Thaw your salmon.
  • Let your thawed salmon marinade in the lemon juice for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Take the salmon out of the marinade, sprinkle the salt and pepper over it, and put it into the oven for 12-15 minutes at 375°F.
  • In the middle of the baking process, take it out and sprinkle it over with rosemary. Then, put it back in, and let it bake.
  • When your salmon is done, combine it with your favorite side, and enjoy! Delicious!
