Costco Salmon Improved

- 2 Fillets of Costco Signature Atlantic Salmon
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- ⅔ tsp Salt
Thaw your salmon.
Let your thawed salmon marinade in the lemon juice for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Take the salmon out of the marinade, sprinkle the salt and pepper over it, and put it into the oven for 12-15 minutes at 375°F.
In the middle of the baking process, take it out and sprinkle it over with rosemary. Then, put it back in, and let it bake.
When your salmon is done, combine it with your favorite side, and enjoy! Delicious!
