Ingredients

  • 3 packs ramen noodles (I used the 3-oz ones)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • tsp chili sauce or chili paste

Instructions

  • Chop up the veggies and prepare all the ingredients.
  • Then, brown the ground beef in a large skillet and break it apart as it cooks. Once it is fully cooked through, set it aside in a separate bowl.
  • Next, add the mushrooms and carrots into the same skillet that was used for the ground beef. Cook until tender and then set aside in another bowl.
  • Finally, add the seasonings (you can add other seasonings, too, depending on your taste). Then add the cooked beef and vegetables back into the skillet with two cups of water.
  • Bring everything to a boil and then reduce heat to low.
  • Add three packages of ramen noodles, and cook until the noodles are tender.
  • That's it! You can now enjoy your Ramen Beef Hamburger Helper that you have made yourself!
