Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 cup Brown Rice (Uncooked)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • cup Water
  • 1 Lime (You'll need both the juice and zest.)
  • ½ cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter in a skillet, and add garlic.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, and then add the rice and salt.
  • Put the heat on low, and cook with stirring for 5 minutes so the rice doesn't stick to the bottom.
  • Add in the water, the lime zest, and half the amount of the lime juice, put the lid on, and wait for it to boil. Put the heat on medium.
  • When it starts boiling, turn the heat to low, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Since the rice shouldn't be sticky, add more water if needed.
  • Serve it with the rest of the lime juice and chopped cilantro and enjoy!
