Start by combining spinach with milk and spices in a blender. There should be no pieces of spinach left. When you get a nice liquid, transfer it to a mixing bowl. In the meantime, preheat the waffle maker.
Add eggs and melted butter and continue to whip. Now add the rest of the ingredients and combine them. You should get a homogenous blend.
Pour half of the cup into your waffle maker and bake each serving for 1-2 minutes, depending on how strong is your waffle maker. The waffle's surface should be brownish.
Serve warm with your favorite topping!
