Ingredients
  

  • 1 Beetroot Raw
  • 1 ½ tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2 ½ oz Feta Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all the ingredients.
  • Peel your beetroot and cut it up into cubes.
  • Put the olive oil into a hot skillet, and wait for half a minute until the oil gets hot. Put the chopped beets into the skillet. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Roast the beetroot for about 7 minutes. If it's soft when you press it down with a fork, it's done.
  • Take it out of the skillet and let it cool down a bit.
  • You can either sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over it or cut it into cubes and mix it with the beets. You can also sprinkle some fresh herbs if you like. Of course, don't forget your chicken sandwich. Enjoy!
