- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp onion chopped
- ½ cup cornbread leftovers
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
Mix the cornbread with all the ingredients and sauté everything in a pot for about seven minutes.
Remove the peppers' stems and seeds and stuff them with the mixture.
