Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F and grease the pan.
Choose a large (9 x 13 inches), round (8 x 2 or 9 x 2 inches), or bundt metal pan. Use baking paper to avoid sticking to the pan.
While the oven is heating up, set your mixer on medium speed and mix eggs, water, oil, and Betty Crocker mix them for two minutes. If you want to include optional ingredients, now is the time to add them and mix them into the mixture.
Pour the batter into a pan, and put it in the oven.
The baking time depends on the pan you use, and it is within a range of 29-43 minutes. However, the toothpick test is the best way to know whether it's time to get the batter out of the oven. Just poke it in the middle of the pan, and if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
