Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick baking mix
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 Egg
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
  • Egg yolks should be mixed with other wet ingredients. After that, add dry ingredients and mix.
  • Stir ingredients until blended.
  • Pour slightly less than ¼ cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
  • Cook until edges are dry; about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn, cook 1 minute 30 seconds or until golden.
